Jonathan Davies

Jonathan Davies serves as the Head of Industrial Funds and Fund Manager for the Dexus Australian Logistics Trust, overseeing a logistics joint venture with a portfolio exceeding $4 billion. Jonathan has previously held significant roles at Dexus, including Fund Manager for several trusts and acting positions within the DEXUS Wholesale Property Fund. Jonathan currently holds the position of Company Director at Jandakot Airport Holdings Pty Ltd and has extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic development, and asset management from previous roles at companies such as Stockland, Challenger Financial Services Group, Citigroup, and KPMG.
