Ramana James

Ramana James currently serves as the Head of Sustainability at Dexus, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Chief Operating Officer and the Group Management Committee to establish the company's sustainability and ESG strategy across Real Estate Assets, Funds, and Infrastructure. Prior to this role, Ramana held various significant positions at IAG, including Executive General Manager for Safer Communities and Shared Value, leading the development and implementation of shared value and sustainability strategies. Ramana's earlier career includes serving as the National Sustainability Manager at Stockland, managing sustainability initiatives across diverse property sectors, and various roles at Vodafone Australia, including Head of the Vodafone Australia Foundation and Global Environment Manager. Additional experience includes work as a Senior Environmental Consultant at Parsons Brinckerhoff and as an Environmental Consultant at Mott MacDonald. Ramana's educational qualifications include completion of the Company Director’s Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a degree from the University of Sydney.
