Chad Britz

Chad Britz, MBA, has extensive experience in project and program management. Chad began their career at Wanzek Construction as a Project Engineer from September 2011 to April 2013. In this role, they managed subcontractors' quality and schedule, conducted equipment receiving inspections, and led final quality inspections alongside project owners.

In December 2013, Chad joined DeZURIK, where they held multiple roles. Initially, they served as a Submittals Engineer. Chad supported the Project Management and sales department with a multi-million dollar international project order for Saudi Aramco. Chad'sresponsibilities included reading and understanding technical valve specifications, responding to engineering queries, and creating and reviewing custom drawing packages and manuals.

Chad then transitioned to the role of Project Manager at DeZURIK. Chad had a broad scope of responsibilities, spanning from senior executives to field service teams. Chad successfully managed 15-20 concurrent valve manufacturing orders with specific requirements and schedules, ranging in size from $400,000 to over $7 million. Additionally, Chad partnered with contractors and municipal leaders across the United States and Canada for the completion of water treatment infrastructure projects.

Most recently, Chad has taken on the position of Program Manager at DeZURIK, starting in May 2022. The specific details of this role have not been provided, but it can be inferred that they are responsible for overseeing multiple projects and ensuring their successful execution.

Chad Britz, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Technology, General from Bemidji State University, where they attended from 2006 to 2011. Chad's secondary education was completed at Pierz Healy High School from 2001 to 2006.
