Scott Windelspecht

Scott Windelspecht has an extensive work experience in various operational and management roles. Scott was the Vice President of Operations at DeZURIK. Prior to that, they acted as the Vice President of Operations at Safco Products, where they led the teams responsible for designing and delivering office, home, and educational furniture solutions. As the Director of Operations at nVent Hoffman, they oversaw operations. Before that, they were a Division Operations Manager and a Plant Manager at Parker Hannifin, where they led cross-functional activities with sales, marketing, inventory control, and manufacturing engineering teams. As the Director of Manufacturing at TTM Technologies, they implemented strategies to build teams, increase productivity, and throughput. Scott also worked as an Operations Manager in the same company. At Rockwell Automation, Windelspecht was a Supervisor and implemented various Lean manufacturing practices.

Scott Windelspecht earned a BS in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University from 2002 to 2004. Scott also completed a Cryptologic Language Analyst program for Korean language at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in 1990 to 1991. Additionally, they completed a Basic Electronics degree in Guidance Control Systems at U.S. Air Force- Avionics in 1987.
