Ciara Raison

Ciara Raison has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ciara is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at DF Capital since September 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at V12 Vehicle Finance, including Commercial Director, Sales & Marketing Director, Sales Director, and Head of Dealer Sales from 2018 to 2022. Before joining V12 Vehicle Finance, they served as the Head of Sales at Close Brothers Motor Finance from 2014 to 2018, where they led regional sales teams and developed strategies for the motor dealer network. Ciara also gained valuable experience at NatWest Group, where they held positions such as Head of Local Marketing, Head of Operations for RBS Scotland, Regional Manager Transformation for Scotland, and Area Manager for Retail Banking. Ciara started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Aviva in 2001.

In 1990 to 1997, Ciara attended Limavady Grammar School where they achieved their A Levels in Maths, Physics, and French. Ciara also completed their GCSEs with 3 A* grades, 5 A grades, and 1 B grade.

From 1997 to 2001, Ciara pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (with EU study) at The University of Sheffield.

In 2003 to 2005, Ciara studied at the Chartered Institute of Bankers Scotland and obtained a Membership degree in Financial Services.

Most recently, in 2019, Ciara attended The London Institute of Banking & Finance where they completed a course in Automotive Finance.
