Grace Reeves

Grace Reeves has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Grace started their career as a Front of House at The British Music Experience from June 2010 to March 2014, where they provided high levels of customer service, interacted with visitors, and utilized their foreign language skills. Grace then worked as a Service Controller at Linde Material Handling (UK) Ltd from October 2014 to June 2016, managing incoming calls from customers and engineers. Additionally, they had a temporary role as an Aftersales Team Member at the same company from July 2014 to September 2014. Grace interned at Morgan Stanley, in the Operations Division, from July 2016 to August 2017. In that role, they learned key processes in trade support and reconciliation, performed data analysis and reporting, and took part in projects and systems testing. Most recently, they have been working at DF Capital since May 2018. Grace started as an Operations Associate from May 2018 to October 2018 and then became an Operations Manager from October 2018 to July 2022. Currently, Grace holds the position of Head of Client Management - Leisure at DF Capital starting from August 2022.

Grace Reeves attended Aston University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a First Class BSc Hons degree in International Business and Modern Languages (Spanish and Mandarin Chinese). In addition, they obtained an Event Management Level 4 Diploma with Merit from EventCourse in July 2013.
