Balaji Madasamy

Balaji Madasamy has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Balaji started their career at UTI Mutual Fund as an Assistant Manager-Systems, where they played a key role in transforming the investor services of the organization. Balaji then worked at Citi as a Systems Analyst before joining GE Consumer & Industrial as a Senior Systems Analyst in Supply chain IT. During their time at GE, they led the efforts to standardize business forecasting and planning processes across different sectors.

Balaji then moved on to Genpact, where they held various roles including Global Process Excellence Leader and Assistant Vice President - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. At Genpact, they focused on executing continuous improvement initiatives in finance & accounting, customer services, and supply chain domains.

Balaji later joined GE Healthcare as an IT Leader, where they managed the life sciences global supply chain division. From there, Balaji transitioned to GE Oil & Gas, where they served as the Subsea Services CIO and CIO Services & Offshore, Subsea Systems. During their time at GE, they gained extensive experience in IT and leadership roles.

Balaji's next role was at ADP, where they worked as a Business Consultant and later as a Service Excellence Director. Balaji played a crucial role in driving service excellence and consulting for ADP's clients.

In 2018, Balaji became an Independent Consultant, providing advisory services to organizations in the areas of business process transformation, IT strategy, ERP deployment, and supply chain transformations. In 2020, Balaji joined Zentiva as the Head of IT Solution Centres, where they are responsible for overseeing the IT solutions for the company.
