Maika F.

Maika F. has extensive experience in sports management, currently serving as a Team Manager at DFB since March 2015, where responsibilities have included management of the Men's Senior National Team during the 2018 FIFA World Cup and the Women's Senior National Team until May 2023. Prior roles included Team Operations & Administration Manager for Youth National Teams and Team Services Manager for the 2016 UEFA European Under-19 Championship. In addition to the DFB, Maika F. has served as a UEFA Venue Director, overseeing prestigious tournaments such as the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Women's EURO. Previous experiences also include positions at Leipzig University and Landessportbund Sachsen. Maika F. holds a Master's degree in Sports Studies from Leipzig University and has completed a leadership program at UEFA - IMD Business School.
