Michael Pabst is currently a Referent Leistungszentren and Senior Manager for Youth Academies at the DFB, a position they have held since 2010. Previously, Michael worked in scouting and analysis for Bayer 04 Leverkusen from 2010 to 2012 and served as a scientific assistant at the University of Heidelberg while supporting the DFB’s talent development program from 2008 to 2010. Michael holds a Magister in Sportwissenschaft from Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, where they studied from 2003 to 2011. Prior to their management roles, they gained experience as a working student at SAP and as a scouting staff member at 1899 Hoffenheim.
