Dave Pacella

Dave Pacella has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Dave was the Chief Operating Officer at DFC Company, where they oversaw the operations of the company's subsidiary, Dakota Fence. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at DFC Company. Before joining DFC, Dave worked at Otter Tail Corp. as the Vice President of Varistar Operations, where they managed all aspects of operational excellence for the company's non-regulated holding company. Dave also served as the Vice President of DMI Operations, overseeing operations for a major wind tower manufacturer. Dave has also worked as a private consultant in the metals and manufacturing industry, as well as the Chairman of the Vanadium Producers & Reclaimers Association. Dave has held executive positions at Gulf Chemical & Metallurgical Corp., The Louis Berkman Winter Products Co., Armstrong World Industries, and LTV Steel Co.

Dave Pacella has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University. Dave also has a Master's degree in Management (now the MBA Program) from Purdue University. Dave attended Aliquippa High School, and their field of study at Geneva College was Electrical Engineering.
