Sohantha Wijesingha

Sohantha Wijesingha currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Banking at DFCC Bank PLC since January 2021, overseeing the Bank's Corporate Banking business. Prior to this role, Sohantha accumulated over two decades of experience at HSBC, holding various leadership positions, including Head of Corporate Banking for the Sri Lanka branch, Head of International, Senior Manager of Corporate Banking, and Head of Global Payments & Cash Management. Sohantha also led the Financial Institutions division at HSBC Sri Lanka. Education was completed at St Joseph's College from 1977 to 1989.
