Ashley Plasencia

Ashley Plasencia is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and member relations. Since May 2013, Ashley has served as a General Ledger Accountant at DFCU Financial, responsible for reviewing check runs, balancing corporate accounts, and correcting transaction errors. In addition to this role, Ashley has been involved with the Michigan United Soccer League as Director of Finance and Executive Board Member since February 2019, where responsibilities include budgeting and compliance with state and federal agencies. Previous positions include roles in personal training, sales, and internships in strength and conditioning at prestigious institutions. Ashley holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Western Michigan University.
