Lauren Steinhelper

Lauren Steinhelper is an experienced professional with a diverse background in financial services and engineering quality assurance. Currently serving as a Delivery Channel Support Specialist at DFCU Financial since September 2005, Lauren has successfully executed responsibilities related to service level agreements, conducted daily audits of membership and account applications, and provided vital support across various banking roles.
