Bigirwa Isaac

Bigirwa Isaac is an experienced banking professional with a strong focus on electronic channels and payment systems. Currently serving as the Head of Cards and Payment at dfcu Bank since August 2024, Bigirwa has previously held significant roles including Head of Channels at Diamond Trust Bank and Manager of Electronic Channels at Housing Finance Bank. With a background that includes positions such as Team Leader for E-channel Sales and Officer in Digital Banking at Stanbic Bank Uganda, Bigirwa possesses extensive knowledge in managing alternative channels like POS, agent banking, and digital payment solutions. Bigirwa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Mbarara University of Science & Technology, obtained between 2006 and 2009.
