Daphne Ntegyereize Oboth is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human capital management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Capital Business Partner at dfcu Bank since May 2016, Daphne previously held the role of HR Business Partner. Prior to dfcu Bank, Daphne worked at MTN as a Talent Manager from September 2010 to May 2016 and at Standard Chartered Bank in various capacities, including Assistant HRRM and DSR Recruitment & Admin Officer, from 2007 to 2010. Daphne holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Makerere University, obtained in 2013, and is a Chartered HR Business Partner (CHRBP) certified by GAFM in 2019.
