Doreen Akisa

Doreen Akisa is an IT Service Desk Analyst at dfcu Bank since September 2021, providing first-level support, managing customer requests, and overseeing the User Administration process. Previously, Doreen held a Graduate Trainee position in the same role at dfcu Bank, engaging in similar responsibilities. Doreen's earlier experience includes an internship at Fundi Bots focusing on Embedded system development and robotics, as well as a Dynamic Websites Development and Network Administration internship at Afrosoft IT Solutions, where Doreen installed and configured network hardware and conducted general troubleshooting.
