Minh Anh Tran

Minh Anh Tran is a Legal Adviser at DFDL, with experience starting from March 2021, previously holding the position of Junior Legal Adviser. Prior roles include Legal Assistant at YKVN from June 2020 to January 2021, and an intern at Duane Morris LLP from December 2019 to May 2020. Minh Anh participated in the 2019 FDI Moot: Asia Pacific Regional Rounds with the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and was a semi-finalist in the Vietnam National Round of the 2nd FDI Moot Competition in 2019. Additional competitive participation includes the 2nd INTA's Asia-Pacific Moot Court Competition in March 2019, the 15th Willem C. Vis East Moot in March 2018, and the 2nd AIAC/ICC Pre-moot for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Minh Anh holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in International Law and Legal Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, completed in 2020.
