Erika Markvardsen

Erika Markvardsen serves as the HR Director for DFDS, overseeing operations in Denmark and Poland since May 2023. Prior to this role, Erika held various senior HR positions at Atos from November 2014 to April 2023, including Deputy HR Director for Northern Europe and HR Director for the BTN Global Business Unit. Erika's earlier experience includes HR roles at FLSmidth, Right Management, Manpower Professional, Tellabs Denmark, and DSC Communications A/S. Erika holds a Master’s degree in Business Coaching from Copenhagen Coaching Center and a Bachelor of Science in Export Engineering from Copenhagen University College of Engineering.
