Karolina Landin

Karolina Landin is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Global HR Business Partnering at DFDS. With a history spanning over a decade in various HR leadership roles, Karolina has led teams in the Nordic and Baltic regions and provided strategic HR support across multiple countries during a six-month interim role at DFDS. Previous experience includes HR Manager and HR Business Partner positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where responsibilities encompassed performance and talent management. Karolina has also contributed to HR strategy at Sveriges HR Förening and served as an HR specialist at Räddningstjänsten Storgöteborg. Educationally, Karolina holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg and completed the Executive Management Program at Stockholm School of Economics.
