Jakub Bakiera

Jakub Bakiera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customs and sales within diverse industries. Currently serving as a Team Leader and Senior Customs Advisor at DFDS since October 2020, Jakub specializes in customs operations related to the Ireland-UK flow and acts as an internal process coordinator. Previous roles include Delegate Sales Executive at Active Communications International (ACI Europe), where responsibilities included maintaining client relationships and driving sales targets across various sectors. Jakub has also managed a hotel, supported advertising campaigns, organized a business communication summit, and worked in marketing roles, building a strong foundation in client engagement and market research.
