Soeren Hvalsoee Sondrup is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a strong background in the maritime and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement Technology, Sustainability & Operations at DFDS since December 2017, Soeren leads a team of 22 across various functional areas including Operational & Tactical Purchasing. Previous roles include Senior Category Manager - Technical Marine at DFDS, Manager of Production Supply Chain at Ørsted, and Head of Power & Propulsion Category Management at A.P. Moller - Maersk Group. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc.Eng (Hons.) in Mechanical & Industrial Engineering from DTU and specialized training in procurement leadership and negotiation strategies.
