Marie-Louise Mans

Marie-Louise Mans has extensive experience in human resources, starting their career as a Human Resources Officer at GGD in 1996. Marie-Louise then worked as a Human Resources Manager at KEMA before joining CSC, where they held various roles including Human Resources Manager, HR Director, and HR Director Global Accounts, MEA and the Netherlands. In 2011, Marie-Louise became the Group HR Director at AUV, and in 2012, they took on the role of HR Director Europe at Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC. Marie-Louise then became the Group HR Director at Royal Reesink B.V. in 2014 and has recently been appointed as the Global Head of HR at DFE Pharma in 2022. Additionally, Marie-Louise serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Rabobank Land van Cuijk en Maasduinen.

Marie-Louise Mans completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources at Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 1996 to 2000. Marie-Louise then attended Nyenrode Business University from 2006 to 2007, where they pursued an Advanced Management Program. In 2011, Marie-Louise briefly studied Human Resources Strategy at London Business School.
