Michel Nijman

Michel Nijman has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Michel has held various roles, beginning with their position at Synthon BV as a Senior Analyst, where they were responsible for release and stability analyses, analytical method validations, and method optimizations. Michel then joined Ankerpoort Winterswijk as the Head of Laboratory, where they oversaw the quality management system and operational issues at the laboratory.

After that, Nijman worked at FAL Duiven BV as the Quality Control Manager, responsible for operational issues at the laboratory and the development and direction of the overall quality control strategy and policy. Michel then moved to Royal Fassin BV as the Quality Assurance Manager, where they were in charge of the quality system development, trend analysis, internal audit program, and external audits.

Nijman's next position was at Thales Netherlands as the Quality Assurance Manager - Projects, where they provided support and advice to project teams and suppliers, ensured compliance with customer and group requirements, and conducted quality assurance activities. Michel then joined Danone, first as a Quality Manager and later as the Global Strategic Project Manager QFS. In these roles, they coordinated and executed strategic projects within the Danone Specialized Nutrition business unit.

Most recently, Nijman worked at The Surgical Company Group as the Quality Director, responsible for the overall quality management system, strategic quality development, and serving as the Management Representative and PRRC of TSC-PTM. Currently, they hold the position of Global Quality Director at DFE Pharma.

Michel Nijman obtained a BSc degree in Analytical Chemistry from Saxion Enschede, completing their education at the institution between 1999 and 2002.
