Albert Bingei

Albert Bingei currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Health & Beauty in the Asia-Pacific region at DFI Retail Group, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Albert was the Talent Acquisition Leader for Asia Pacific at West Pharmaceutical Services from September 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included developing talent acquisition strategies and managing recruitment cycles. Prior experience includes being the Talent Acquisition Leader for ASEAN at GE from January 2017 to September 2021, where the end-to-end recruitment process was managed across multiple GE divisions. Albert also worked as a Lead Consultant at Worldwide Recruitment Solutions, focusing on talent acquisition within various sectors, and held senior recruitment roles at Spencer-Ogden and Air Energi. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Management and a Diploma in Economy from the University of London.
