Ellery Kwok

Ellery Kwok serves as the Chief of Staff at DFI Retail Group, a prominent pan-Asian retailer with operations in 13 countries and over 10,500 outlets. Since joining the company in February 2016, Ellery has leveraged extensive retail experience, previously managing store operations at IKEA Alam Sutera, where responsibilities included overseeing a flagship unit with over 300 employees and driving significant profitability growth. Additionally, Ellery managed the IKEA Taman Anggrek store, achieving substantial business turnaround and pioneering customer engagement initiatives. Prior roles included leadership positions within IKEA North Asia and a comprehensive executive training program at Jardine Matheson. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and further education at Northwestern University.
