Joanne Ho is a seasoned product development professional with extensive experience in the health and beauty sector. Currently serving as the Group Product Development Manager for Own Brand Health and Beauty at DFI Retail Group since August 2016, Joanne leads the complete product development process and conducts category reviews to set strategic targets for DFI's retail banners across North and South East Asia. Prior experience includes serving as Product Manager for the Beauty Team at 紐頓醫學美容, where Joanne developed launch plans for new products and monitored sales performance, and as Product Innovation Manager at ASANA Wellness Group, contributing to product roadmaps and strategies through market research. Joanne's career began as a Product Officer at 歐西亞, focusing on own brand product development across global markets. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
