Lawrence Lee

Lawrence Lee is a seasoned professional in the food and nutrition industry, currently serving as Technical Manager for Fresh & Ready-to-Eat products at DFI Retail Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lawrence held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at DCH Food Group from March 2021 to May 2023, and served as Senior Specialist in Quality Assurance at 美心 from April 2016 to March 2021. Lawrence began a career in quality assurance as Assistant Manager at Tao Heung Restaurant Group from October 2009 to April 2016. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Nutrition, Food Science and Technology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2012 - 2014) and a BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition from Northumbria University (2008 - 2009).
