Shareen Tam

Shareen Tam is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at DFI Retail Group since November 2021, Shareen has held multiple positions within the organization, including Assistant Manager for 7-Eleven SG and Senior Executive roles for both 7-Eleven SG and the DC & Supply Chain. Prior to DFI Retail Group, Shareen worked as a Human Resources Executive at Panasonic, where responsibilities included acting as HR Business Partner for the Singapore division. Experience also includes HR Executive positions at Union Energy Group and AcePLP, where a full spectrum HR generalist role and focus on employee relations and training were key aspects. Shareen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from the University of London and a Diploma in Business Management from Nanyang Polytechnic.
