Akhyar Ahmed

Akhyar Ahmed is a skilled researcher and data scientist with experience in speech and language technology. Currently a Research Assistant at Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) since October 2020, Akhyar specializes in feature extraction, data analysis, and model fine-tuning. Previously, Akhyar completed a Data Scientist Internship focusing on Intent Recognition of Modular Dialog Systems, utilizing various chatbot technologies. Akhyar has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Leading University, where responsibilities included curriculum development and examination processes for courses in AI and computer programming. Earlier experience includes a role as a Junior Software Developer at Authlab Limited, contributing to a real-estate project using the Laravel PHP framework. Akhyar holds a Master of Science in Data Science from the University of Potsdam and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Leading University.
