Hannah Friederike Fischer

Product Designer | Design Researcher | Material Interaction at Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI)

Hannah Friederike Fischer is a highly skilled Product Designer and Researcher specializing in material interaction, currently working at the Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) since February 2019. In this role within the Design Research Lab Berlin, Hannah develops and analyzes innovative interactive interfaces utilizing electronic textiles and textile production techniques, employing practice-led research methodologies. Prior to this, Hannah served as a Junior Consultant Design at BUREAU N and held various positions including Design Research Assistant at the University of the Arts Berlin, Intern roles in fashion production at Études Studio and H&M, and a Costume Design Assistant at Maxim Gorki Theater. Hannah holds a Master of Arts in Product Design/Interface Design from the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam and Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Design/Fashion Design and Art and Media Studies.
