Sven Schmeier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of technology and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Chief Engineer and Associate Head of the Language Technology Lab Berlin at DFKI GmbH since March 2007, Sven also co-founded the AI Transformation Institute in May 2023. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Giance Technologies from August 2018 to June 2023, Sven played a key role in empowering enterprises to leverage worldwide data in real-time. Additionally, Sven co-founded Yocoy Technologies GmbH and held positions as CTO and Senior Researcher at various organizations, including semgine GmbH and XtraMind Technologies.
