Tarek Mihoub

Tarek Mihoub is an accomplished professional in the field of artificial intelligence and computer engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Researcher at the Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) since July 2022, Tarek also holds the position of Assistant Professor at Tripoli University’s Faculty of Engineering, Computer Department since September 2006. Tarek's prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Researcher role at Jade Hochschule/University of Applied Science from November 2017 to July 2022, Project Director at LPTIC from April 2010 to May 2012, and IT Consultant and CTO positions at Aljeel Aljadeed from July 2008 to March 2011. Additionally, Tarek was a Project Manager at Alada in 2006-2007. Academically, Tarek holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and an MSc in Multimedia Engineering from Nottingham Trent University, along with a BSc in Computer Engineering from Tripoli University.
