Teona Kontridze

Teona Kontridze has a strong background in financial policy and regulation. They have held various positions at the National Bank of Georgia, including Head of Supervisory Policy Department and Head of Corporate Governance and Supervisory Policy Division, where they led significant banking regulatory reforms. Currently, Teona is a Senior Manager at Dubai Financial Services Authority, overseeing policy projects to implement prudential standards in accordance with Basel III. They also have experience working as a Jurisdictional Assessor at Bank for International Settlements and as a Visiting Lecturer at Georgian National University SEU. Teona is pursuing an MSc in Financial Policy and Regulation at King's College London.
