Brian Martinelli

Brian Martinelli is a seasoned professional in development and construction, currently serving as Vice President of Development & Construction at DFW Project Solutions, LLC since April 2023 and as Principal at Martinelli Company, LLC since November 2022. Previously, Brian held the position of Vice President of Development at HALL Group, overseeing significant real estate projects including the Hall Park redevelopment and the rebranding of the Andaz Hotel in Palm Springs. Prior experience includes Development Manager at Woodbine Development Corporation and Senior Project Manager at Austin Commercial, where a range of notable projects were managed, including various hotels and office developments. Brian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Texas Tech University and is Green Advantage Certified.
