Will Richards

Will Richards is an accomplished professional in the marine industry with significant experience in construction, development, and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction & Development at Safe Harbor Marinas since October 2021, Will previously held the position of Regional Operations Manager. As Board President of the Marine Trades Association of Maryland from December 2019 to December 2021, Will contributed to the growth of nearly 400 marine-related businesses and advocated for the preservation of waterways. Will's extensive background includes serving as General Manager at Spring Cove Marina from 2007 to 2021, overseeing all marina and boatyard operations, and leading daily and strategic marina functions as Marina Manager. Will is pursuing an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management at the College of Southern Maryland.
