Jeanie Anirudhan has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on information security, project management, and governance. Jeanie is currently working at PepsiCo as the Senior Manager Information Security, Chief of Staff for the Cyber Fusion Center. In this role, they work with senior leadership to define the center's strategy and roadmaps, leads vendor management for cyber threat intelligence, and aligns financial and strategic planning. Jeanie also oversees program and project governance structure and facilitates leadership team meetings.

Prior to their current role, Jeanie worked at Texas Instruments for many years, holding various positions. Jeanie served as the IT Project Management Office (PMO) Leader, where they developed and implemented the PMO, established standards and templates, and improved resource flexibility through a "project management as a service" approach. Later, they served as the IT Project Execution Manager, leading a global team in project and software release management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Jeanie also served as the Marketing & Program Manager for Analog Simulation Software, where they developed an internal stakeholder communication plan and drove web projects showcasing analog tools.

Jeanie's earlier roles at Texas Instruments include Applications Project/Program Manager for the Product Life Cycle Management solution, where they managed teams and served as the IT Relationship Manager/Liaison for business engineering teams. Jeanie also served as an Applications Project/Program Manager for the Collaborative Design & Delivery System, coordinating projects and serving as a relationship manager for business engineering teams.

Outside of their work at PepsiCo and Texas Instruments, Jeanie is also involved in volunteer work and serves as the Director of Special Projects and Governance for the DFW Alliance of Technology and Women starting in 2023.

Jeanie Anirudhan, MBA, PMP, CSM has a diverse educational background. Jeanie holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Maryland. In 2004, they obtained their MBA in e-Business from the University of Phoenix. Later, in 2010, they achieved their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, further enhancing their skills in project management. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including "The Cybersecurity Threat Landscape" from LinkedIn in 2022, "Own Your Voice: Improve Presentations and Executive Presence" from LinkedIn in 2020, the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in 2021, and the SCRUMstudy Agile Master Certified (SAMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in 2020.
