Roberto Arrocha is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in software engineering and information technology. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering for Platforms & Client Facing Applications at Gartner, Inc., Roberto leads initiatives for one of the world's premier research and advisory firms. Previously, as Chief Information Officer at DAVACO Inc., Roberto was responsible for technology strategy in the retail, restaurant, and hospitality sectors. Other notable roles include Senior Manager of Enterprise Architecture at American Airlines and Director of Software Engineering at Masergy Communications, Inc. Roberto holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
