Oliver Cera is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development, engineering, and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Amazon Connect Engineer at DFX5 since August 2023, Oliver has held positions such as Sr. Software Developer at RevStar and Senior Software Engineer at The MRG Group. Previous experience includes significant contributions as a Cloud Software Engineer at VoiceFoundry and as a CEO at Kumisoft, where Oliver directed the development of Amazon Connect contact centers. With a strong background that also encompasses roles as CTO at FilmiJob and Web Developer at multiple firms, Oliver is skilled in translating client requirements into effective technology solutions while maintaining a focus on user experience and system performance.
