Dr. Walter Syndikus

Dr. Walter Syndikus has extensive experience in structured financing and corporate finance, having held various leadership positions at DZ BANK AG since April 1997, including Abteilungsdirektor and Senior-Projektleiter. Additionally, Dr. Syndikus has served as Beiratsvorsitzender for a mid-sized company in the basic materials industry since November 2013 and as a member of the editorial board for the magazine VR International since September 2010. Earlier career roles include Director in Corporate Finance/M&A at Delbrück & Co Privatbankiers and investment-focused positions at Westdeutsche Landesbank and Dresdner Bank AG. Dr. Syndikus holds a Dr. rer. pol. from the University of Cologne and a Diplom-Kaufmann degree from the same institution.
