Anna Merkoulova

Anna Merkoulova, CPA, currently serves as the Head of FP&A at DGA Group since August 2025. Prior to this role, Anna was the Operations Finance Manager for Refining Technologies at W. R. Grace from February 2024 to July 2025, focusing on corporate financial planning and analysis. Anna's extensive experience includes serving as FP&A Manager at Beazer Homes from March 2018 to November 2023, where responsibilities included financial forecasting, budgeting for land development, and sales pricing strategies. Earlier in the career, Anna worked as an Assurance Senior at EY, gaining over five years of federal auditing experience, as well as holding roles as an Office Manager and Audit Intern in various organizations. Anna earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from American University, complemented by studies at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
