Fern Duncan

Fern Duncan is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in strategic communications and reputation management. Currently serving as Associate Partner and Director at DGA Group since December 2021, Fern has a proven track record from previous roles at FTI Consulting Strategic Communications as Director, where work involved guiding retail and consumer brands through financial, crisis, and corporate communication challenges, as well as advising on IPOs and restructuring situations. Prior experience includes positions at Hudson Sandler as Senior Consultant, where support was provided to a diverse range of sectors, and BAZAAR as Retail Store Manager, managing a commercial project in Mallorca. Fern holds a Bachelor's degree in Russian Studies from The University of Manchester and has achieved advanced proficiency in Russian language and culture through Benedict Russian Language School.
