Douglas Gomes Filho has had a diverse work experience. Douglas started their career in 1989 as the Chief Executive Officer at DGA Office, a consulting firm specializing in accounting, fiscal and financial advisory services. Douglas held this role for over 25 years, overseeing operations in São Paulo, Sorocaba, and Miami. In 2005, they co-founded DGA Tech Desenvolvimento Ltda., a technology firm focused on developing ERP and CRM solutions for accounting firms. Douglas served as a Co-Founder until 2013. Additionally, Douglas held the position of Strategy Director at Banco PETRA S.A. from 2013 to 2014. Douglas also worked as the Coordinator of the PAEX Program at Fundação Dom Cabral in 2013. Later, they became a Partner at DGA Capital in 2019, a role they held until July 2021. Lastly, they served as the CFO at Esher Crédito from 2008 to 2013. Overall, Douglas has demonstrated expertise in consulting, finance, strategy, technology, and leadership throughout their career.
