Patrik Hilfiker

Patrik Hilfiker has extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Patrik started their career at login Berufsbildung AG in 2006 as a Moderator. Patrik then moved on to the Bühler Group in 2007, where they worked as a Business Unit Controller until 2009. In the same year, they joined Nestlé as a Business Unit Controller and remained in that role until 2016.

From 2007 to 2018, Hilfiker also worked as a Dozent at various educational institutions, including Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz, AKAD Banking & Finance, KS Kaderschule St. Gallen, and Akad-Business.

In 2016, Hilfiker joined Froneri Switzerland as a Business Unit Controller, responsible for financial management systems and reporting for the Verkaufsbereiche Retail/Gastro. Patrik also played a role in the joint venture formation of Froneri S.A.

In 2018, Hilfiker moved on to DGS Druckguss Systeme AG, where they initially served as a Controller and later became the CFO. In their role as CFO, their responsibilities included leading the financial team, implementing a cost center and project controlling system, and introducing a new ERP system.

Hilfiker also had a brief role at SIB Schweizerisches Institut für Betriebsökonomie as a Dozent.

Patrik Hilfiker has a diverse education history. Patrik obtained a Lehrpersonenausbildung Unterricht an höheren Fachschulen im Nebenberuf degree from Pädagogische Hochschule Zürich in 2020. In 2012, they completed a Master of Advanced Studies in Controlling degree at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland, specializing in Controlling. In 2010, Patrik earned a SVEB Zertifikat 1 from frey Akademie. Patrik also holds an Eid. Dipl. Experte in Rechnungslegung & Controlling degree from AKAD Business, which they obtained in 2007. In 2004, they completed a Betriebsökonom FH degree at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland. Additionally, they have a Kaufmännische Berufsmaturität from AKAD Profession (2001) and a Handelsschule KV qualification from KV Zürich (1995). Furthermore, they completed a Bahnbetriebsdisponent SBB EFZ apprenticeship as a Bahnbetriebsdisponent at SBB (1995). Patriot Hilfiker has also obtained additional certifications such as Projektmanagement kompakt - Methoden & Techniken in der Projektarbeit from Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz in October 2010.
