Roman Vaškovský started their career in 2008 as a Design Leader at Valeo. Roman then worked as a Designer at Steinel Middle East AG from September 2011 to February 2012. In 2012, they joined Inteva Products where they held positions such as Product Engineer, Roof Product Engineering Team Leader, and Manufacturing Manager until February 2019. From March 2019 to August 2021, Roman worked at Brano a.s. SBU CV, initially as a Technical Department Manager, then as the Manager of Technical, Quality and Sales Department, and finally as the Plant Manager and Plant Operations Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Pre Production Engineering at DGS Druckguss Systeme AG since September 2021.
