Ratmir Sultanov

Ratmir Sultanov has a strong background in network engineering and technology management. Ratmir began their career at Incom-Service in 2004 as a Network Engineer and worked there until 2006. Ratmir then joined Tais, where they held roles as a Senior Network Engineer from 2006 to 2010 and as a Network Architect from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they worked at DF IT Solutions as a Network Engineer from 2013 to 2016. Currently, Ratmir is employed at DGtek PTY LTD, where they have held the position of Senior Network Engineer since 2016. In 2019, they were promoted to Chief Technology Officer at the same company. In their roles, Ratmir has been responsible for infrastructure planning, design, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment. Ratmir has also worked with major industry infrastructure and service providers, managing bilateral peering contracts.

Ratmir Sultanov received their Engineer's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Jobs in Russia from 1999 to 2004. Ratmir then pursued further education at South Ural State University (SUSU) from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained another Engineer's degree in Computer Programming. In addition to their formal education, Ratmir Sultanov has obtained various certifications, including MTCINE, MTCNA, and MTCRE from Mikrotik in October 2016. Ratmir has also acquired certifications related to fiber network deployment technology, FTTH architecture design, power awareness, and several others from institutions such as New Technologies and Milcom Institute.
