Violet Odhiambo, MBA (MIHRM), currently serves as the Head of People, Culture & Growth at Dhamana Guarantee Company since April 2024. Prior to this role, Violet was the Group People & Culture Manager at East Africa Safari Ventures from December 2023 to April 2024 and the Group Head of HR & Corporate Communications at Serengeti Energy from November 2021 to August 2023. At Serengeti Energy, a company focused on developing renewable energy projects across Africa, Violet managed the end-to-end employee lifecycle across multiple countries. Additional experience includes roles as a Human Resources Management Consultant and Trainer at Corporate Staffing Services Kenya, and a Change Management Consultant at Dreamwaves International. Violet has also held HR management positions at PMS and Inchcape, contributing significantly to performance culture and talent development. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere University.
