Simon R. Hough is a highly experienced professional in project controls and construction management, currently serving as Director at Dharam Consulting, where leadership spans the Los Angeles, San Diego, and mid-Atlantic offices. With a strong background at AECOM, Simon held the role of Associate Principal and Project Controls Lead for the Americas, along with previous positions as Associate Director for both the Pharmaceutical and Federal sectors at Davis Langdon. Simon's extensive career began in 1985 as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has included significant roles managing large-scale capital projects across various international locations. Simon holds an MSc in Construction Management from Loughborough University and a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University.
