Charaf El Mansouri

Charaf El Mansouri is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Charaf is currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of DHARMA, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, Charaf founded and served as the CEO of Sunny Side Up from January 2018 to January 2021. Charaf also worked at Uber as a Manager in the Electric Vehicle Program from June 2016 to January 2018. Charaf has a background in travel and entrepreneurship, with roles such as Co-Founder of Playground Travel from August 2015 to August 2016 and Founder of Kahenas from March 2012 to July 2015. Charaf also has experience in the automotive industry, having served as the Head of After Sales - MAN (Volkswagen) at SEFAMAR from June 2011 to August 2015.

Charaf El Mansouri obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Georgetown University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they briefly attended The Chinese University of Hong Kong to pursue studies in International & Strategic Marketing. Subsequently, in 2015 and 2016, Charaf pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Imperial College Business School.
