Ibrahim Beydemir

Ibrahim Beydemir has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ibrahim started their career at Deloitte, where they worked as an Experienced Senior Auditor before being promoted to Assistant Manager in Audit and then Senior Manager in Audit. In these roles, they gained extensive knowledge in various industries and managed audit engagements for clients.

After leaving Deloitte, Ibrahim joined Celebi Havacilik Holding as an FP&A Manager, Finance, overseeing subsidiaries in Turkey and abroad that operate in ground handling, cargo handling, and warehousing operations.

Ibrahim then moved on to become the Chief Financial Officer at Deha Home Fashion Retail Stores, a leading retail company with stores both in Turkey and internationally. In this role, Ibrahim was responsible for leading various functions including finance, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and legal affairs.

Next, Ibrahim joined Nurol GYO as the Finance Director, where they led multiple departments and functions such as finance, accounting, budgeting, strategic planning, and investor relations in one of the biggest real estate listed companies.

Currently, Ibrahim is the Chief Financial Controller/Director at DHB Bank, where they are responsible for leading financial control and business control departments. Their duties include managing finance, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, tax, and transfer pricing, among others. Ibrahim also actively participates in various committees and reports directly to the managing board.

Throughout their career, Ibrahim has demonstrated strong leadership skills, extensive experience in financial management, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

Ibrahim Beydemir completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours Degree in Business Administration (Management) from Boğaziçi University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In 2009 to 2010, they attended Harvard Business School and obtained a Certificate in Management Essentials. Ibrahim also pursued Dutch Language Education at the University of Amsterdam from 2017 to 2018, although no specific degree was mentioned.

Additionally, they hold several certifications, including an Independent Auditor License from the Public Oversight Authority ("KGK") obtained in 2014. Ibrahim also obtained an Independent Auditor License from the Capital Markets Board of Turkey in 2006 and acquired the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in 2004.
