Mackenzie Roberts currently serves as a Client Success Partner at DHI Group, Inc., where expertise in client onboarding and project management ensures seamless implementation and adoption of solutions for new clients. Previously, Mackenzie held the role of Customer Success Manager, fostering strong relationships with commercial and staffing clients while driving customer engagement and loyalty.
